We pride ourselves on providing exemplary service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will need to inform the salon. However, as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes and still no show nor update, we will cater to the next customer.

We treat hair on a case-to-case basis, so for specific concerns, a hair consultation with our stylists is necessary. As a general rule, bleached hair cannot be permed nor rebonded. However, there are some situations that it can still be doable. So a prior visit to assess the condition of your hair is highly recommended.
