Do I need to book an appointment?
Walk-ins are very much welcome! Though if you wish to secure a slot and avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend to book in advance, especially on Fridays and weekends. For reservations, it is best to reach us through WhatsApp or Phone calls at (+60)186 69 2000 and online booking.
Do your company accommodate late arrivals?
We pride ourselves on providing exemplary service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will need to inform the salon. However, as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes and still no show nor update, we will cater to the next customer.
What kind of beauty services do you offer?

Can I rebond or perm if I have bleached hair?
We treat hair on a case-to-case basis, so for specific concerns, a hair consultation with our stylists is necessary. As a general rule, bleached hair cannot be permed nor rebonded. However, there are some situations that it can still be doable. So a prior visit to assess the condition of your hair is highly recommended.
How do I choose right treatments and products?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Samsung Pay and GrabPay.
Is there a consultation fee?
Consultation is FREE. Visit us from Monday- Thursdays, we’ll be happy to check your hair for you.
Can I do cinderella treatment right after my hair perm?
Yes, you can have our signature Cinderella Treatment after perming. Prior consultation is still recommended.
